Long strong vs short strap! I prefer the long strap!
Don’t get me wrong, I own both styles of the shoe, HOWEVER, the style with the long strap through the middle is way easier to get on and off my my toddler, especially when his foot is wet. Definitely slip resistant and is a quality shoe. The fabric is soft and the patterns are too cute! Great for water play or just everyday wear!

big sizing difference
bought these shoes in 12-18 month size for my little one and absolutely love them. she is starting to grow out of them so i ordered the next size up and there is a significant size difference so i’m not sure that she will be able to wear them this summer. probably going to return which is a bummer because we really love how lightweight and breathable they are. they really are great shoes/water shoes though!

Good little shoes
My review has nothing to do with water. I bought “water” shoes for my first child when he started walking because I needed a flat sole but something breathable and flexible. Kids walk barefoot so I tried to stay as close to that as I could. Thus, water shoes. I got these for my walking 9 month old and they work great for walking shoes. His feet aren’t jammed in a tight shoe and there’s airflow. He walks just fine in them. He’s also bowlegged and these shoes don’t affect his walking at all.

Super cute and easy to put on
These were great water shoes for pool, beach and backyard play this summer. They were easy to put on, flexible for her growing feet and easy to clean. They kept our daughter’s toes safe and protected all summer long!

Disappointed that the water shoes look pretty wide width for the slender foot of my grand baby to wear. My thought is when his foot gets wet, will his foot slide around too much in the shoes?? Returning and looking for water shoes or water socks that are a more narrow width
