Can never go wrong with this brand, plus this is such a great thing to buy. I see slight red or wanna get diaper rash and I apply her some so quick by next changing time , you can tell the huge help it does her. Jar opened previously?
when i received the package there was a tape around the jar – I had to take the tape off in order to use it since I needed it immediately I just want to know if it was opened before I got it and if not why was the tape there. It was very hard to get off I kept the tape. The last jar I brought did not have it, I don’t liike the idea of a jar havig tape around it because it woud seem that I got a used jar,

Not sure who’s fault, but my latest shipment had a broken cap and the inner seal already popped * box was fine*. Thank goodness the cream seems alright, but I’m concerned that the cream will dry out before we have time to use it!
