My one year old was walking for awhile, but as we entered the warmer months and were outside more, he was needing to wear shoes for the first time. He WOULD NOT walk the second shoes went on his feet, just stood there frozen. I tried every shoe I could think of, and finally saw these. Oh my gosh they are awesome! I love that they are like a sock and flexible, but have a rubber sole to protect the feet. Upon first wear they were a bit snug to get on little feet, but quickly stretched the perfect amount and are now so easy to get on and off. They hold up super well and wash wonderfully. The best part is they allowed my son to start practicing and getting comfortable walking with “shoes” on his feet, with something stiff and bulky. These definitely helped me bridge the gap, and now he is successfully walking in sneakers. I highly recommend these, especially if you have a little one not keen on walking in shoes!

Order way smaller than their age
Sizing is very weird with this shoe. They are sized by age, but I ordered her age, and they are HUGE! I don’t think my daughter is incredibly small for her age. Like I ordered the 12-18 month size and my 4 year old can get her feet into them. So order way down. Other than the size discrepancy, they are very nice shoes.

These were my FAVORITE shoe when my little one started walking! They are not the prettiest, but so so easy to slip on for a day at the park, running around the yard, or just going to the store. She couldn’t pull them off either, which was a huge issue i was having.Quality of shoe is great, just as advertised. They are not slippery, even when wet! Stretch is great to slip on, but doesn’t slip off! When it comes to support, these are more or less socks with a thick plastic sole, no ankle support. I’m use to stride rites for first shoes, and my youngest wears those out and about. But to run around the yard- these were it!

Love these shoes! My son isn’t able to fully walk though and these catch so when he gets better at walking these will work better. They slip off from him dragging or not picking up his feet. Love that they don’t confine his does and that they’re like socks so they will go on easier.

Great little starter booties for walking babies with shoe aversion. My toddler HATED wearing shoes. The sock like material combined with the flexible but sturdy rubber soles have been great for training her to get used to proper shoes. Also great for her to wear on a warm day.
