Best baby seat
I cannot tell you how much use we’ve gotten out of this chair. It’s SO sturdy and safe. My baby has to sit up for 30 minutes after meals due to reflux and this gentle incline is perfect to keep her upright but comfortable. We attached a portable mobile and it keeps her entertained. I will en very sad when she outgrows this chair!

*POOR MANUFACTURING/TESTING!*Bouncer has 20lb weight limit, but 13lb baby compressed shocks/springs completely so there was no bounce to the bouncer. Hoping it’s just a dud and not a lack of testing before releasing this product.*UPDATE*Replacement functions exactly the same; bouncer does NOT bounce. Even when manually lifting the chair and letting it go, it just slams back down instead of bouncing or at least falling softly. Shocks are just for looks I guess. Triple-checked it’s assembled correctly.This makes it seem like they didn’t even test it with weight in it at all, which brings into question its safety as well.»FURTHER UPDATE«Anticipating recall on this item!All the good reviews were paid for with free product.Against better judgment continued to use and baby was able to shift upper body down and nearly flip over waist harness with legs still strapped in, and obviously could not sit back up. The waist strap is so loose even when fully tightened and sits too low on a short/average baby younger than 6 months.IF THEY CAN CALL THIS A BOUNCER WHEN IT ISN’T, THEY CAN ALSO CALL IT SAFE.

Baby convertible seat
I chose this seat for my granddaughter when they visit. I have limited space in my house and wanted something that we would get the most use out of. This seat has met our needs through 2 stages of her development and I expect that to continue.

NO Bounce on the Lowest Angle
My daughter and son in law put this together and placed the newborn in the bouncer on the recommended lowest angle. Daughter tried to bounce it with her toe, nothing. She tried everything, they took it partially apart trying to make sure they didn’t put it together wrong, nope. No bounce. It’s hard to trust that this bouncer was put through any sort of intensive testing at this point, not sure I trust the other functions of this. Since the bouncer is the primary reason we ordered this with the other functions seen as a bonus, I think 3 stars is accurate. I’m very disappointed, Graco has always been a loved and trusted brand in our house but they dropped the ball on this one.
